Welcome to Green Power Marketing Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

We provide marketing and lead generation services for renewable energy companies, including but not limited to:

  • Content marketing

  • Paid advertising management

  • Social media marketing

  • Lead generation campaigns

  • Website and funnel optimization

Specific deliverables will be outlined in the service agreement provided upon onboarding.

2. Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a 5 guaranteed clients or your money back policy, subject to the following conditions:

2.1. What Is Guaranteed?

We guarantee a minimum of 5 guaranteed clients per month as defined in your service agreement.

2.2. Qualification for the Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the Client must:

  • Follow all strategic recommendations provided by our team.

  • Maintain the agreed-upon minimum ad spend of £1000 for the full duration of the campaign.

  • Implement and respond to all provided lead generation strategies.

  • Use the recommended sales follow-up process.

Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.

2.3. Refund Process

If we fail to deliver the guaranteed results, the Client may request a refund or service extension under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days from 30 days after the ads are published.

  • We reserve the right to provide additional services or a time extension before issuing a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if approved.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Clients who do not meet their obligations as outlined in Section 2.2.

  • Delays caused by the Client (e.g., failure to provide access, content, or approvals).

  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in advertising policies, market conditions).

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information necessary for campaign execution.

  • Approving creatives, ad copies, and other marketing materials in a timely manner.

  • Paying invoices on time, as agreed upon in the service contract.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact the results and void the guarantee.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All invoices must be paid in full before the start of each service period.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Ad spend is billed separately and must be paid directly to the advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. While we make every effort to achieve results, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with 14 written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

8. Amendments & Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
